The dot-matrix LCD Customer Interface Unit (CIU) is a split indoor user operation unit for energy meters.
The CIU is installed indoors and can receive notifications from the electricity management department (via AMI) to adjust the electricity consumption strategy or tariff rate. This allows the user to be informed of electricity management information such as the current and stand-by tariff rate, and also allows for recharge operations. With the INHE APP installed on the mobile phone,the CIU can be used to recharge and receive notifications after connecting to mobile phone and meter via Bluetooth, providing a convenient interconnection experience for the customer.
