Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment Requirements:

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting: Oversee local tax agents to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping and financial statement preparation in compliance with local accounting standards, whilst converting reports to Chinese accounting standards.
2. Tax Management: Understand local tax legislation, review tax agents' calculations, declarations and payments of all levies, and promptly address tax-related matters.
3. Cash Management: Monitor cash flows, arrange receipts and disbursements, assist with cross-border fund transfers, and handle on-site payment transactions.
4. Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate internally with all departments, providing professional financial advice to support business development. Externally, maintain and nurture positive working relationships with intermediaries including banks, tax agents, and auditors.
5. Other duties as assigned by management.
Recruitment Requirements:
1. Familiarity with overseas financial workflows, with over two years' hands-on experience in comprehensive financial and tax management for overseas subsidiaries;
2. Experience in working overseas is preferred, particularly in Africa or Kenya. Be fluent in English, capable of using English in the daily work.
3. Bachelor’s degree or above,be willing to base in other countries.
