Job Description:

1. Lead the establishment of the company's testing team, propose improvements to project processes, ensure testing quality, formulate testing standards, and build the framework of the company's testing system.

2. Participate in requirements and test case reviews, write test cases based on software requirements documents, and complete testing work with high quality for product functionality, automation, interfaces, and performance.

3. Execute tests according to the test plan, analyze and locate issues discovered, and drive timely resolution of problems.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors, with 5 years or more of testing experience, and 2 years or more of testing development and management experience.

2. Proficient in at least one database, skilled in using SQL statements; familiar with common Linux commands.

3. Familiar with and have used automated testing, interface testing, performance testing, and other testing tools, with practical experience in automation projects.

4. Good communication, collaboration, problem-solving abilities, clear thinking, proactiveness, and strong execution and driving abilities are required.

5. Skilled in identifying, locating, and analyzing problems, with a strong sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and a good team spirit.
