Recently, INHE participated in the 13th Power & Energy Kenya and Solar Kenya exhibitions. As a highly influential energy industry event in East Africa, the expos gathered numerous enterprises worldwide specializing in power, photovoltaics, energy storage and other sectors to discuss new opportunities for East Africa's energy transition and power infrastructure development.
INHE presented its full lineup of smart metering and new energy products, fully demonstrating energy solutions tailored to the East African market and its localized service capabilities, drawing extensive attention from power utilities, engineering contractors, distributors and industrial clients.

Smart Metering Boosts Market-Oriented Development
& Precise Sub-Customer Metering
To address the rapidly growing demand for sub-customer metering across East Africa, INHE highlighted integrated metering solutions for residential compounds, commercial complexes and small industrial & commercial end-users. Its flagship products on display included single-phase and three-phase STS prepaid sub-customer meters (i100, i200, i300), smart 4G single-phase and three-phase STS prepaid sub-customer meters (i210, i310), high-precision three-phase CT-connected energy meters (iT30), and CIU Customer Interface Units.

All product lines fully comply with international STS prepaid meter standards, integrating core functions including accurate energy measurement, remote top-up, remote tariff control, real-time data collection and abnormal power consumption monitoring. They also support practical features such as time-of-use billing, anti-theft protection and anti-tampering. Paired with INHE's intelligent cloud platform, the system enables efficient centralized management and smart operation & maintenance of sub-household power data. Optimized for overseas marketized sub-metering operation models, the products deliver outstanding market adaptability, offering more efficient and reliable smart metering options for East Africa's sub-metering market.
Focus on New Energy Applications to
Deliver Integrated PV-ESS Solutions
In response to Africa's unstable power supply and booming new energy market demands, INHE also exhibited residential and industrial & commercial energy storage inverters as well as full energy storage system solutions.
The showcased 3–6kW single-phase low-voltage energy storage inverters support seamless off-grid/on-grid switching and multi-unit parallel capacity expansion. Compatible with diesel generators and PV systems, they drastically improve renewable energy utilization and cut overall power costs for end-users. The 29–60kW three-phase high-voltage energy storage inverters serve industrial and commercial scenarios including factories, shopping malls and farms, supplying stable, efficient and secure green power supply for customers.

Through deep integration of smart metering and new energy products, INHE keeps enriching its PV and energy storage product portfolio, delivering comprehensive energy solutions covering household, commercial and industrial users across Africa.
