INHE – Witlink CIS System Successfully Deployed in Overseas Project

The Customer Information System (CIS) developed by Witlink, a wholly-owned subsidiary of INHE, has been successfully launched in an overseas project and is now operating smoothly. The deployment strengthens INHE's digital solution presence in global markets.


Theproject is located in Country G, where unstable power supply, weak networks, and limited service outlets have long affected daily utility operations. Customers often face difficulties completing basic transactions, and the utility struggles with scattered data, low process efficiency, and delayed customer response. To overcome these challenges, the utility identified digital transformation as a key priority.

The Witlink CIS system serves as an integrated customer service and commercial management platform. It covers new connection applications, customer management, metering asset management, prepaid vending system and meter reading & billing system. With a clear interface and automated workflows, the system helps improve operational efficiency and service quality.

For this project, Witlink carried out localization development, optimized workflows based on pilot results, and provided comprehensive technical training to local O&M teams. The end-to-end deployment and support left a strong impression on the utility.

Since going live, the system has run stably and improved the consistency of business processes. The utility has expressed strong recognition of the system’s performance and looks forward to further collaboration to advance local grid digitalization.


Going forward, Witlink will continue enhancing product capabilities and developing features that better fit industry needs. INHE will also expand its global digital solutions footprint, supporting partners in building more resilient and efficient power service systems.
