银河电力集团发布《2026年环境、社会、公司治理(ESG)报告》

银河电力集团股份有限公司(以下简称“银河电力”或“公司”)现正式发布《2026年环境、社会及治理(ESG)报告》。该报告以2025自然年度为报告期,全面、系统地披露了2025年度公司在环境保护、社会责任与公司治理领域的实践成果与关键绩效,展现了银河电力将可持续发展理念深度融入企业战略与日常运营的坚定决心。


报告显示,2025年银河电力在“与客户合作共赢、与员工共享成果、为股东创造价值、为社会奉献力量”的战略使命指引下,围绕“产品优化、规模突破、卓越运营”三大战略主轴,扎实推进ESG各项工作。


在产品责任方面,公司始终视质量为生命线,建立了覆盖产品全生命周期的质量管理体系,报告期内未发生重大质量违规事项。公司持续加大研发投入,2025年研发投入达9161.23万元,研发费用占营业收入比重提升至11.06%,累计获得专利87项、软件著作权48项。


在环境保护方面,银河电力积极践行绿色低碳发展,通过了ISO14001环境管理体系、绿色工厂及绿色供应链评价认证。报告期内,公司温室气体排放总量为3321吨,单位营业收入温室气体排放为8.12吨/百万元。公司通过实施节能减排制度、优化生产流程、推广绿色办公等措施,持续提升能源利用效率。


在员工关怀方面,公司秉持以人为本的理念,为员工提供平等、多元、包容的工作环境。2025年,公司实现员工零工伤死亡事故,组织培训超千人次,并通过完善的薪酬福利体系和丰富的员工活动,切实提升员工的归属感与幸福感。


在公司治理方面,银河电力建立了自上而下的ESG管理架构,董事会作为最高责任机构统筹ESG事宜。公司坚持高标准商业道德,与全体员工签订廉洁协议,年度反腐败培训覆盖全体董事及员工,报告期内未发生贪污诉讼案件。


在社会公益方面,公司积极回报社会,组织开展志愿者服务、慈善义卖等活动,以实际行动传递企业爱心与正能量。

INHE Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "INHE Group" or "the Company") today officially released its 2026 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report. Covering the reporting period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, this document comprehensively and systematically discloses the Company's practical achievements and key performance in the fields of environmental protection, social responsibility, and corporate governance for the fiscal year 2025, demonstrating INHE Group's firm commitment to deeply integrating sustainable development concepts into its corporate strategy and daily operations.


The report indicates that in 2025, guided by its strategic mission of "achieving win-win cooperation with customers, sharing results with employees, creating value for shareholders, and contributing strength to society," and centered around the three core strategic pillars of "product optimization, scale breakthrough, and operational excellence," INHE Group steadily advanced its ESG initiatives.


In terms of product responsibility, the Company consistently regards quality as its lifeline, establishing a quality management system covering the entire product lifecycle. During the reporting period, no significant quality compliance issues occurred. The Company continued to increase its investment in research and development (R&D), with R&D expenditure reaching 91.6123 million yuan in 2025, and R&D expense as a percentage of operating income rising to 11.06%. It has accumulated 87 patents and 48 software copyrights.


Regarding environmental protection, INHE Group actively pursues green and low-carbon development, having obtained certifications including the ISO14001 Environmental Management System, Green Factory, and Green Supply Chain Evaluation. During the reporting period, the Company's total greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions amounted to 3,321 tons, with GHG emissions per unit of operating revenue at 8.12 tons/million yuan. Through measures such as implementing energy-saving and emission-reduction systems, optimizing production processes, and promoting green office practices, the Company continuously improves its energy utilization efficiency.


In employee care, the Company adheres to a people-oriented philosophy, providing a fair, diverse, and inclusive working environment for its employees. In 2025, the Company achieved zero work-related fatalities, organized over a thousand training sessions, and effectively enhanced employees' sense of belonging and well-being through a comprehensive compensation and benefits system and various employee activities.


In corporate governance, INHE Group has established a top-down ESG management structure, with the Board of Directors serving as the highest responsible body overseeing ESG matters. The Company upholds high standards of business ethics, signs integrity agreements with all employees, and ensures annual anti-corruption training covers all directors and employees. No corruption-related lawsuits occurred during the reporting period.


In social welfare, the Company actively gives back to society by organizing volunteer services, charity sales, and other activities, demonstrating its corporate care and positive energy through concrete actions.


Looking ahead, INHE Group will continue to uphold the concept of sustainable development, deeply integrating environmental, social, and governance principles into its operations.
